Swamp Fox Passage
To mix up the scenery in our Lowcountry routine, we hopped over to this easy trail and marched through coastal pine forests and humid wetlands. The trail is flat and has few obstacles. It was relatively dry, but I can imagine it becoming a sodden mess with a little rain. As much as I love the hustle of downtown or the beauty along the shoreline, sometimes it's nice to just walk even if it's through a choir of mosquitoes—no reprieve from them, I swear.
